Since 1959 our team of artisans and craftsmen have designed and manufactured exclusive fine custom cabinetry for discerning individuals and businesses throughout eastern North Carolina and South Carolina.
Recently, I was awarded the National Top Shelf Design Award plus Overall Winner status at the 2011 National Closets Conference & Expo., part of the 7th annual Closets & Home Organization Conference & Expo. The Top Shelf Design Awards are given to honor designers for their creative closet and home organizational designs. Judging criteria for the contest includes: overall appearance, ingenuity in solving challenges, design creativity and functionality. Locklear Cabinet & Woodwork began offering custom closets just a few years ago. Our company also offers custom closets and storage solutions for residential and commercial customers - Closets, offices, specialty wine cabinets, butler pantries, display units, media centers and more.
Working directly with homeowners, architects and contractors our years of expertise are combined with design ideas and vision to offer innovative and extensive choices to reflect specific lifestyles, as well as budget requirements. Only the finest hardwoods and products are used in production, and the finishes are precision hand-sanded and hand-rubbed. Our reputation precedes us as one of the industry leaders through our constant commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Locklear Cabinet manufacturing plant and showroom are located in Rowland, NC. Our Southern Pines display showroom is located at 104 E. Main Street, Aberdeen, NC inside Kees Appliances. For on-site projects we have a mobile showroom available, a 28 foot trailer fully furnished with kitchen displays, door samples and finishes.
